What to expect in your visit?

Initial appointment

A naturopathic visit is much different than a regular medical appointment.

Your initial visit will be 1-1.5 hours long and will entail examining all aspects of your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and environmental health as well as family and work history. In order to uncover the root cause of your disease or health concerns, it is necessary for me to gather as much information as possible.

Follow up appointment

Follow up appointments will vary depending on the complexity of the case. Usually the follow-up takes place a week after the initial appointment. Follow up appointments may be as short as 15 minutes but it takes 30 minutes on average
